Ms. Eisemann is a second generation employment attorney who represents both employers and individuals in a wide range of workplace-related matters. She regularly counsels clients regarding day-to-day employment issues, including discipline and termination, employee personnel policies and contracts, wage and hour issues, and FMLA and disability management. She also negotiates employment and separation agreements, as well as non-compete agreements. Ms. Eisemann represents individuals and companies in a broad range of workplace-related legal claims such as wrongful discharge, employment discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, and wage and hour disputes. She has extensive experience litigating in both state and federal court, as well as before administrative agencies including the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the Office of the Massachusetts Attorney General. Ms. Eisemann also regularly conducts trainings on employment law topics such as harassment prevention and best management practices.
Prior to joining Freiberger & Washienko, LLC, Ms. Eisemann worked for Jackson Lewis P.C., one of the largest law firms in the country dedicated exclusively to representing management on workplace issues. Ms. Eisemann has been an active member of the Boston Bar Association’s Labor and Employment law section, where she has served as a Steering Committee member. Ms. Eisemann received her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she graduated with honors as a legal studies major. Thereafter, Ms. Eisemann received her law degree from New England School of Law, where she was awarded a CALI excellence for the future award. From 2008 through 2019, Ms. Eisemann has been named as a “Rising Star” among labor and employment attorneys by Super Lawyers. She is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and in front of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
